Refund policy

Return Policy (14 Days)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To request a return, your item must meet all of the conditions below:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when received.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Contact number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product expiry
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

In cases of confirmed faults or shipping errors, we will cover the return or replacement shipping fees.

 


Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Food products with broken seals
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above.

Once the return is approved and received, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
